Vancouver Island View

If you dream of a day filled with ocean views, forest trails, small-town charm, and delicious local stops, this one's for you.

We recently set out on a road trip through the heart of the Cowichan Valley, starting in Ladysmith and ending with a relaxing ferry ride to our final destination - The Brentwood Bay Resort.

Along the way, we walked to a waterfall near Ladysmith, stopped for pastries, saw historic sites, poked around quiet marinas, and did plenty of window shopping.

This new article highlights the best places to stop along the route—some well-known favourites and others a little more off the beaten path.

Whether you're planning your own adventure or just love discovering new parts of the Island, I hope it inspires your next outing.
